   • Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
2. Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
   • Cost: Free
   • Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

International Shipping

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for return, items must be:

• In original condition
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Underwear & Nightwear
• Swimwear (must have hygiene strip intact)

Return Process

2. Wait for authorization and instructions (within 2 business days)
3. Package items securely in original packaging with all tags

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund. Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items.
