Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other specified regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We want you to love your ITALIST SHOP purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear & Nightwear (unless defective or incorrect item received)
- Items with removed tags or original packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipment
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)
Return Process
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Do not ship returns without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Include all original tags, packaging, and a copy of your return form. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing

Important: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically take 3-10 business days to process after we issue the refund.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and specify that you would like an exchange. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
