Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our returns center at:

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Confirmation & Processing
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Underwear & Nightwear: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and sleepwear are final sale
  • Swimwear: Must have hygiene strip intact and be in original condition with tags attached
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
